On the last day of school at Johnson they have a little promotion ceremony, where all the kids sing about going on to Kindergarten and turning 5. Of course, Elise is doing neither and will be back at Johnson in the fall but she had a great time participating anyway. There was a bit of a disturbance in the program as two different medical situations happened with guests attending the ceremony so at one point the kids went back to their classrooms until the people were taken care of. Elise's friend's mom was one of them and I think the more serious of the two, but we are glad to hear that she is doing well. Miss Bradley (upper right) thinks she will be teaching this class again and so Elise will probably have her in the fall. We will also be happy to see Principal Silberstein (upper left) again along with Nurse McCarthy (not pictured). Elise will join me at work for a week (half days) and then will spend July and August at the Hingham Bright Horizons.
