Last year we were lucky enough to be invited to Jennifer and Mark's wedding, where Elise was a flower girl and this year our good friend (and also former colleague of mine) Jenny married Jens (also from the Harvard Art Museums) and we got to go to another amazing wedding. We were in North Creek, NY for the festivities - what a perfect weekend in the Adirondacks. As you can see Jenny looked amazing and her family was incredibly gracious. The weather couldn't have been better and Elise even had a chance to hang out with Dave's kids, who I had heard so much about when we worked together. We rented a house with my other former museum family, which couldn't have been nicer. Elise did great going to sleep in a new place each night. We had so much fun with Nika, Annie, Jessica, and Drew. I could really get used to an annual reunion with all of these amazing friends. Elise had a super fun time dancing with some of the other little girls. Leaving to come home was difficult for all of us.
