Elise had her two year check up with Dr. Polcarri this morning. Other than a few tears when she had to sit on the scale, she did fine and started to warm up towards the end. Elise is doing great - she is 50 % in weight and height and 99% in head circumferance (courtesy of her Eichner genes). She weighs in at a little over 27 lbs and is around 34 inches in height. She didn't need shots this time, just some blood work and she liked her Sesame Street band aid so much that she didn't want to take it off - I don't think she even winced when they picked her finger. She is still recovering from her summer cold, but she seems to be feeling better. Hopfully we won't be back for another year, but I imagine she will end up with an ear infection or two come winter.
